How do I delete my account?
In Settings, under Sync across devices, tap Delete account. The account deletion page explains the rest.
What is a detail?
A name and a value you want to look up later: “Tyre size: 205/55 R16”, “Filter: type 2”, “Heating night mode: 18 °C”. Pick a kind and its usual details are offered; add any others with + Detail. Tap a value to copy it.
Can I keep passwords here?
Please do not. Details are stored as plain text and, when you sign in, on our server; a password manager encrypts them. The app warns when a detail looks like a password or PIN.
How does Coming up work?
A thing with a warranty date or a next due date (a service, a filter change) shows in Coming up when the date is near, overdue ones first. Choose how far ahead to look: 30, 90 or 365 days. When it is done, one tap sets the next date in 6 months or a year.
What does Gone mean?
Sold, given away or thrown out: the thing leaves your lists but keeps its details, under Things › Gone. Delete it in Edit if you do not need it any more.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one your things stay in this browser. Download them in Settings now and then, or sign in to keep them on all your devices.
