Your recipes stay yours.

Reasype has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. You do not need an account: without one, everything you add stays in this browser. If you sign in, your recipes and week plan are stored on our server so they follow you between devices and can be shared with your household. The chat helper sends what you type to an AI service (see below).

Who is responsible

Responsible for this service: Manuel Torralvo Collados, private individual, Switzerland · support@vorax81.com. Questions, data requests and deletion: the same address. You may also complain to your data protection authority (Switzerland: FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch; EU: your national authority).

What is stored

Your recipes (title, ingredients, steps, categories, notes, the link you took a recipe from, and photos you add), your week plan, and your settings such as units. Without an account this is kept in your browser's local storage only. Local storage is also used for your sign-in and your language; it is strictly needed and no cookies are used for tracking.

Account and sync (optional)

Your data is stored in a database we operate on Supabase, a hosted database provider. Database region: Ireland (AWS eu-west-1).
Signing in creates an email and password account. The sign-in is shared with the other vorax81 apps; deleting the account removes the data of those apps too.
Row-level security limits every row to the people it belongs to. As the operator of the database we have the access any hosted-service operator has; we look at your data only to run or repair the service.

Households and sharing

Recipes and the week plan belong to a household. Everyone in your household can see, change and delete all of them, and sees changes live. You join a household with an invite code that works for 7 days; the code does not show your email address. Other members see how many people are in the household, not their email addresses. When you join another household, the recipes of your old household are no longer shown on your device (they stay in the old household).

The chat helper

When you press Send, what you typed, the photos you attached and the text of a link you pasted go through our server to OpenRouter and from there to the provider of the AI model that answers. We use models that are free of charge; their providers may keep the messages and may use them to improve their models. Do not send anything personal or secret. Nothing is sent unless you press Send.

Our server checks that you are signed in and counts your requests per day (a number only, we do not store your messages). A link you paste is opened by our server, not by your device.

Hosting

The site and the helper run on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes the network address of each request under its own privacy policy. We add no analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Why we may do this, how long, your rights

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (contract), and for the chat helper because you press Send (consent, which you can withdraw by not using it). Data stays until you delete it or delete your account. You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data and to object; write to the address above. Data may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU by Supabase, Cloudflare and OpenRouter and its model providers; they use their own safeguards.

Deleting your data

Delete single recipes in the app. To delete your account and everything stored for it, tap Delete account under Sync across devices in Settings; the account deletion page explains it. If you cannot sign in, write to support@vorax81.com.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If the service starts doing something this page does not describe, the page is updated first and the date above changes.
