Your library never leaves your phone.

Easy Tracking Games has no analytics and no advertising, and no account is needed to use it. Everything you add is stored on your device unless you choose to sign in for sync (see below). The app talks to game and store services only to look up covers, prices and playtimes, and it tells them nothing about you beyond the title it is asking about.

What the app stores

Your library is kept in a database on your device: game titles and their cover, genre and release information, the status and outcome you set, your rating and notes, which store you own each game on, the dates you added or played them, and the prices the app has recorded for wishlist games. Your settings — grid size, which systems you own, your store region — are stored the same way.

None of it is uploaded anywhere unless you go to Settings and sign in for sync.

Sync (optional)

The web version can optionally sync your library to our database, so the same library follows you between your devices. If you sign in:

Your library is stored in a database we operate, running on Supabase, a hosted database provider.
Row-level security restricts every row to the account that wrote it — no other person using the app can read your library through the app.
As the operator of that database, we have the same level of access any hosted-service operator does — we don't access your library except as needed to run or fix the service, and there's nothing else in it: no name, no payment details, nothing but your library and the email you signed in with.
Signing in creates an email/password account with Supabase's own authentication service, governed by Supabase's own privacy policy.
Not signing in means nothing about your library ever leaves the device.

To delete your account and the server copy of your library entirely — not just mark it deleted — email vorax81@gmail.com and we'll remove it.

What leaves your device

To show a cover, a price or a playtime, the app has to ask someone who knows. Those requests contain the game title being looked up and, for prices, the store region you have selected. They do not contain your name, your email, a device identifier, or anything about the rest of your library.

RAWG — searching for a game and fetching its metadata.
IsThereAnyDeal — Steam prices and Steam price history.
PlayStation Store, Xbox (Microsoft catalog) and Nintendo eShop — current prices, and cover art, for games on those systems.
HowLongToBeat — playtime estimates.

As with any request made over the internet, those services can see the network address the request came from and will handle it under their own privacy policies. The app sends nothing else.

Notifications

Price-drop alerts are produced on your device by a background check that re-prices your wishlist. Nothing is pushed from a server, so no notification token, device identifier or account is involved. Alerts are off until you allow notifications, and turning them off in system settings stops them.

Exporting and sharing

Exporting writes a CSV file of your library and hands it to your phone's own share sheet. Where it goes from there — mail, a file, another app — is entirely your choice, and the app plays no part in it.

Analytics, advertising and third-party tracking

There are none. The app contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising network and no social media tracker. Nothing about your use of the app is measured or reported.

Deleting your data

You can delete individual games in the app. Uninstalling removes the database and everything in it. If you've signed in to sync, deleting a game locally marks it deleted rather than removing it outright, so the deletion reaches every device you've synced — this includes the server copy on the next sync. Export first if you want to keep your library either way.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age, beyond the email address needed if you choose to sign in for sync.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts doing something this page doesn't describe, this policy will be updated before that ships, and the date at the top will change with it.
